Your guests don’t get a link. They get an arrival.
Every invitation opens on film before it becomes a page — then quietly collects the replies, seats the room, and runs the door.

Four ways to open a door.
Each one is photographed, not drawn — and every one of them is yours to fill in, in any language, for any occasion.

Velvet Ring
They touch the box. It opens on film.
A velvet ring box on a darkened stage. Your guests touch it, the lid opens on film, and the invitation dissolves out of the light — then the whole page carries gold dust and drifting petals as they scroll.
Engagement
Door of Joy
They knock three times. It answers.
A carved door your guests knock on three times — it answers, swings open on the light beyond, and doves lift from the garden gate behind your names. Blossom drifts down the page as they read.
Any occasion
Swan Lake
They break the seal. The card rises out.
An olive envelope engraved with foliage and sealed with ivory wax. Your guests break the seal, the flaps fall open, and an embossed card rises out — then the engraving fills with colour and becomes a painted lake with two swans.
Any occasion
Sealed Letter
They touch the wax. Both flaps fall open.

And behind it, your own photograph — full screen, with your names and your words across it. A blush envelope sealed in burgundy wax. Your guests touch it, the seal catches the light and gilds, and both flaps fall open. It is the only template that ships no picture of its own — what lies behind the envelope is yours, and so are the words on it.
Any occasion

Some of it
is meant to be held
Beyond the digital invitation we make the physical side of the night too — cards foiled and pressed by hand, envelopes and signage, welcome screens and the scanners for your door. Priced per piece, delivered to you.
Cards, envelopes, signage, screens and door hardware.
Three steps, and you never open a spreadsheet.
Build the invitation
Pick a template, drop in your names, date and venue, and choose what the RSVP form should ask — meals, plus-ones, anything else you need. In English, Arabic, or both.
What you can ask forSend it and watch the replies
Import your guest list, then send by email or SMS — each guest gets their own link. Replies land on your dashboard as they happen, and reminders go out on their own as the deadline nears.
What's includedSeat them, then run the door
Arrange tables by dragging names onto them, and let guests look up their own seat. On the night, scan tickets at the door from a tablet that keeps working with no internet at all.
See the door app
The part your guests never see.
These are screenshots of the actual dashboard, not illustrations of it.

A door that works when the venue's wifi doesn't
The Fancy Check-in tablet app holds the whole guest list on the device, so it keeps scanning through dead spots and syncs back once it reconnects.
Fancy Check-in — Android tablet
Everything about the event, on one screen
Who is coming, who has not replied, how many meals of each kind, and how the replies are trending — updated the moment a guest submits, with no refresh.
Seating you arrange by dragging names
Round tables, long tables, zones and a dance floor. It tracks remaining seats per table and refuses to overbook one, then lets each guest look up their own place.
The parts you would otherwise stitch together yourself.
A form builder, a guest list, a seating plan, a messaging system and a door scanner — built to know about each other, so a name you type once reaches all of them.

Ask exactly what you need — no coding, no limits.
Guest Management
One list for every reply, plus-one and dietary note.
Seating Charts
Drag guests onto tables. It never lets you overbook.
QR Check-In
Scan guests in at the door — even with no signal.
SMS Campaigns
Text every guest at once. Failed sends are refunded.
Real-Time Analytics
Watch replies land, live, with no spreadsheet in sight.
Bilingual Invitations
English and Arabic, with a true right-to-left layout.
Automated Reminders
Nudges, table numbers and your final headcount — sent for you.
An invitation is the first thing a guest holds of your evening. It should behave like it.
Questions we get.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, pick a template, and fill in your names, date and venue. You can be collecting RSVPs in a few minutes — there is nothing to install and no technical setup.
Can I change what the RSVP form asks?
Yes. Add your own questions, meal choices, dietary notes and plus-one rules, and mark each one required or optional. Everything can be written in English, Arabic, or both.
How does the seating chart work?
Lay out round or rectangular tables, set each one's capacity, and drag guests onto them. The planner tracks remaining seats and will not let you overbook a table. Guests can then look up their own seat with their name and the last four digits of their phone number, and seating stays hidden until you reveal it.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
Each plan has its own guest cap — the Pricing page shows the current numbers. There is no per-guest overage fee: if an event reaches its cap, you upgrade and are charged only the difference. For an event larger than any listed plan, contact us for a custom quote.
Can guests change their RSVP after submitting?
Yes. A guest can return to their own link any time before your deadline and update their response, party size or meal choice. The change appears on your dashboard immediately.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel my event?
Yes. A full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the event has not gone live. Once an event is live we issue pro-rated credit towards a future event instead, because the invitations are already out and the guest list is already collecting replies. To ask for one, send us a refund request with the event name and the email you paid with. We reply within 2 business days, and an approved card refund is returned to the card you paid with — bank transfers are returned the same way they came in.
